Text entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own practices. This site does not maintain a visitor search-term log as a court-record database.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When a visitor sends an email, the message and its contact details may be retained so that a response can be made. We do not disclose a message outside the organization unless law requires disclosure.

No Court-Record Data on File
Highland County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a docket or personal case-record database. It identifies official channels such as Common Pleas eAccess, court calendars, and clerk offices. Court records remain with their responsible custodian under the Ohio Rules of Superintendence, Sup.R. 44–47, local access rules, and, where applicable, the Ohio Public Records Act. This site is not a consumer reporting agency and does not assemble consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search widgets are operated by outside providers. A provider’s privacy notice, retention terms, pricing, and data-sharing rules govern information submitted to that provider. Review those terms before entering information in a partner tool.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Highland County Clerk, court, county, Ohio judiciary, or other external pages. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s privacy policy controls that visit. Advertising providers may also use their own systems to measure activity or deliver advertising.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited data may be processed by a search provider handling a submitted query, analytics service supporting traffic measurement, advertising provider, or a government body when a valid legal demand requires it.
